This Halloween, the only thing scarier than ghouls and ghosts is allowing the Super Committee -- the congressional committee charged with cutting $1.5 trillion from the national deficit -- to operate in the shadows. That's why people all around the country are heading to their local Committee member's district office on October 31st, 2011 (and had a little fun while they were at it).
