About Hand Flash
Manually controlling Flash units by hand. Which means you trigger the flash by your own finger rather than using a wireless trigger or sync cable.
So you will have to be really fast to get a good shutter speed, but most likely you will need to shoot around 1/8 sec or lower(at least for me)
If your picture does not have the EXIF data it will be removed I am having good faith in you to be honest about your pictures.
If you have a fast shutter speed for this(1/30 and up) I will know you used something to sync it up for you, or you got really lucky and I will ask you about your photo.
