About Hacker Tourism
In a December, 1996 article in Wired, Neal Stephenson defined Hacker Tourism as "travel to exotic locations in search of sights and sensations that only would be of interest to a geek". Infrastructure, large-scale engineering, invention, we know it when we see it.
