Mae'r arddangosfa yn gyfle i weld casgliad portreadau'r Llyfrgell, sef y casgliad mwyf o bortreadau Cymreig yn y byd! O Feirdd i athletwyr, i wleidyddion i enwogion y sgrin fach, mae darluniau yma at ddant pawb. Exhibit your photographic portraits at an exhibition in The National Library of Wales!
This group has now closed as the Say Cheese! Portraits of the Welsh exhibition at The National Library of Wales has closed. Thanks to all who participated.
The Say Cheese! Portraits of the Welsh Exhibition is being held at The National Library of Wales in Aberystwyth between 1 February and 9 April 2010. The exhibition is a chance to see some of the portraits from the Library’s portraits collection, which is the biggest Welsh portrait collection in the world! From bards to athletes, from politicians to stars of the small screen, there’s something here for everyone. This collection will also be put online soon as a part of the Portread: Welsh portraits online project at the Library - www.llgc.org.uk/index.php?id=3398
This group is an opportunity to see some of the portraits from the collection, and also an opportunity for you to add your own portraits to the exhibition. The images from this group will be shown live at the exhibition in Gregynog Gallery, The National Library of Wales at Aberystwyth. So, if you would like to exhibit your photographic portraits at an exhibition in one of Wales’ main institutions – add them to our group, we’d love to see them!
