Guardias de la Redenciόn (Sp. Guards of the Redemption) is a group for the camareros and followers of the processional tableau ANG PAGKAKANULO KAY HESUS. In the Philippines, this popular image is featured on various Holy Week processions and commonly known as Ang Pagkakanulo, The Betrayal, El Beso de Judas and La Traiciόn.
The group aims to propagate Jesus Christ's courage, calmness and determination to follow the will of the Lord during the betrayal of Judas Iscariot. The said event became a turning point in the passion narrative and known as the start of obtaining redemption from His humility and obedience to God's will. Hence, we may consider that eternal salvation of mankind was the fruit of His willingness to accept Judas' appalling deed.
