About Guardian recession monitor photos
So it looks like we're in a recession, or heading for one. Or are we? How do we know?
We want to see your shots of how the recession is (or isn't) affecting your area.
Have you spotted:
Shops closing down, or in robust health?
Clusters of "for sale" or "sold" signs on your street?
Special credit crunch-related offers in the supermarket?
Less fancy bottles of wine in your neighbour's recycling bin?
However you interpret the signs of recession (or not), we want to see them all, through your eyes - or rather, through your lens.
We're interested in all sorts of photos (and videos!) from anywhere in the world, but especially the UK, Europe and North America.
Don't worry about technical quality or being massively original - camphone photos are fine - but don't forget to add a title and description so we know what we're looking at. If you wanted to place your pics on a map using the flickr geotagging tools, that might add an interesting dimension to the shot, too.
We'll be selecting the best of the bunch to feed into our coverage of the economic situation on www.guardian.co.uk/business/series/recession-monitor+blog (with links back to your flickr photo page, of course), so by posting things into this group, you agree that it's OK to republish your shots in this way, royalty-free (but they'll only be used in this way, and the copyright remains with you.)
This is a public group.
