About NHS Reform

Since April 2011 Guardian.co.uk has been blogging the 'pause' in the government's NHS bill - the most explosive domestic policy issue of the moment that could see widespread and controversial changes introduced to the health service in England.

While the government runs its own consultation on the bill, we thought we'd open our own 'listening exercise' on the proposals alongside a live event with Steve Field, the chairman of Andrew Lansley's listening panel, on Monday 16 May.

So tell us:
- What's your message to the health secretary Andrew Lansley?
- How would you like to see the NHS reformed?
- What concerns you most about the current proposals in the bill?

Get your voice heard and share your message.

Here's how you can get involved:
1. Write your message on a bit of paper (or an envelope, or a post-it-note, or a napkin, or your hand...or anything at all) - write it clearly so we can read it
2. Take a picture (mobile or webcam is fine)
3. Add it to the group
4. Tell us who you are, where you’re from and what your message means to you (although you are free to remain anonymous of course if you prefer)

If you have any problems, or aren't a Flickr user, please email it to laura.oliver [at] guardian.co.uk and we'll add it to the group for you. Please tell us a bit about yourself and your picture in your email.

We'll feature some of our favourites on www.guardian.co.uk/society/series/nhs-reforms-blog.

By posting your pictures in this group, or sending it to us in response to this request, you agree to let us use it on our site and potentially in the newspaper (though copyright remains with you at all times, and you will be credited).
