About Group 44 cars Group 44 was formed by British Leyland dealer Bob Tullius as a means to improve Jaguar and Triumph's racing image following a lack of interest in racing by Lord Stokes. Prior to this Tullius had successfully raced Triumph TR4s with the racing number 44 and had raced works Spitfires at Sebring and Le Mans. He continued to use the race number in the IMSA and added the distinctive livery. This group is simply intended to be a random collection of images of those cars. Feel free to add any you may have!
