About Beacons Festival 2011

Organised by the people behind Moor Music Festival, Beacons has teamed up with the people responsible for bringing some of the world's best music to renowned northern venues like Nation of Shopkeepers and the Brudenell Social Club in Leeds, along with the phenomenally successful events Field Day and Underage. Together, they present to you the very first Beacons Festival: a three day and four night extravaganza promising the absolute best in music, arts and atmosphere, celebrating it with locally brewed ale.

Aside from the bands there's a cycle powered disco, mojito bar, a beach, garden shed stage, treasure hunts, live art and fancy dress.
