About Green Photo Competition
Welcome to the 2010 Leaf Living Photo Competition! Get out your cameras and get creative! We want to celebrate and recognize the talent of the people who recognize and celebrate the Earth.
The topic is “Green”, and it's open to your interpretation, so to get those creative juices flowing! Our hope for this competition is that people will start being inspired by the beauty around them and will open their eyes to the millions of things that could represent “green”. So here is how it’s going to work.
Step 1: Add Leaf Living as a contact on Flickr and join the “Green Photo Competition” Group
Step 2: Post your picture(s) with a little description (100 words max). Please adhere to the Flickr Community Guidelines and only post your OWN photos.
Step 3: The closing date for the competition is Wednesday, June 30th 2010. We will announce the winner shortly after, as decided by our guest judge, nature and environment photographer Dave Walsh. The prize is a portable solar charger that allows you to power any hand-held device on the go using only energy from the sun (including your compact camera!)
For Full T&Cs of the competition, check out our website: www.leafliving.com/eco-news/25/green-2010-spring-photo-co...
Good luck!
