About Great Plains Balloon Club

As defined in our club constitution:

"The Great Plains Ballon Club of Topeka, Inc. is a non-profit organization dedicated to the promotion and developement of the art, science and sport of hot air ballooning in the city of Topeka and the state of Kansas as a whole.

Safety, courtesy and fraternity are the club's highest goals. The club shall refrain from acting as a promoter of private enterprise"
