About Google Earth with note link.
This group is to show the Google Earth or satellite captures of an area that you visited and give the satelllite view a more personal touch. My stretch goal here is to so people can have virtual tour of places members has been too.
The following are the suggested steps:
1. Find a land mark's photo that's taken by you. The land mark can be a building, a tree, or a big rock. Basically anything that can be seen from a satellite photo.
2. Find the location from Google Earth or other satellite photos.
3. Get a screen shot capture of the satellite view.
4. Add a note in the satellite view with a link to your photo.
Please make sure only link to photos that you have taken. This is the key part to make it more personal.
