About Top 20 Golden Days of Winter
FLICKR'S TOP WINTER GOLDENS! The top 20 Golden Retriever breed dogs in a winter setting photos on the internet! This group is only open to photos of Golden Retrievers in the snow, on the ice, or somehow recognizably in a winter setting.

GROUP FAQ, RULES & GUIDELINES:

Reminder: if you post a photo you need to remove a photo from the pool. The only EXCEPTION to this rule is if there are less than 20 pictures currently in the pool,
(in which case, you shouldn't delete any).
1- Add this tag to all posted photos: "Top20WinterGoldens". This will ensure your photo appears in the archive.
2- No more than 20 photos in the pool at any given time. If you upload one, you must delete one. I suggest you delete someone else's (its more fun), but you can delete your own if you like. You can remove any photo from the pool; not necessarily the first or last one.
EXCEPTION: if there are less than 20 pictures currently in the pool, do not remove any.
3- Anyone can post, but ONLY 1 PHOTO PER USER in the pool at any given time. Once deleted, please do not repost the same photo again. You can however, post it to the Honorable Mention Galleria.
4- Only ADMINS and CONTRIBUTORS can delete. If you have just joined, and would like to be promoted to CONTRIBUTOR, you can leave a message here, or wait until someone promotes you. You will not be able to delete until you are promoted.
NOTE: It is the responsibility of current ADMINS to check each new member's photostream and/or profile for dog related photos, before promotion.
5- As a courtesy to others: before you delete a photo and add your own, please leave behind a comment on the pic (or pics) in the group pool. After all, it's nice to get feedback! Make sure you add the photo to the Hall of Fame if it is the last one in the pool.
6- Make use of the group discussion threads! Reply, or start new threads; and check regularly for replies!
7- And lastly: Please don't start threads like "There's only 19 photos in the pool!" or "Who is deleting photos?" etc.
Don't worry if the pool fluctuates from time to time. Just stay calm, don't panic, and don't post panic discussion threads like "What happened to all the photos? " etc. Just repost old photos or add new but DO NOT go on and on about "Why is this happening? etc, etc..." Mistakes like these happen from time to time and are what is referred to as "hiccups" (it periodically happens to some of the other top20 groups as well).
Stay calm, repost until the pool is back up to 20, and don't worry about it too much. The problem usually corrects itself within a day or two.
