1. PICTURE WITH INDIA/SOUTH ASIAN THEMES; and
2. GOLDEN/YELLOW GLOW SURROUNDED BY DARKNESS; and
3. NO BLACK/WHITES; and
4. NO SUNSETS/SUNRISES (please post those in: www.flickr.com/groups/indiansunrise/); and
5. GOOD/HIGH QUALITY SHOTS; and
6. THOSE PICTURES THAT DON'T MESH WITH THE THEME WILL BE DELETED (SORRY:)
7. PLEASE NO PICS OF CANDLES, UNLESS ACCOMPANIED BY ANOTHER SUBJECT MATTER;and
8. ABSOLUTELY NO NO NO WHITE LIGHT SHOT (NO WHITE LIGHT IN PICTURE EVEN IF IT IS FROM A LAMP; WE WANT GOLDEN/YELLOW TONES)

Please post only photographs (from India /Sri Lanka OR of Indianesque social/religious/cultural themes) that are taken at night or in the dark that have Gold/Yellow/Red colors PRIMARILY with a LOT OF DARK SPACE (there are a few exception to the latter rule). For example, night shots of temples (with yellow light of course)in Singapore, Bali, Malaysia and other countries are welcome. Pleave view the photos already posted to get a better understanding of the theme.

The photos could be Temples, Palaces, People, Street Life, Buildings, Statues, Traditional Oil lamps and etc. The key theme is that subject has to be unique, ergo, a picture of yellow light won't cut it. No shot of candles (as there are other sites for them), unless there is sujects in the photo that are of Indianesque theme.

Please avoid white light photos (there shouldn't even be a hint of white light!). The light source can be candle lamps, yellow lights, or fire. No sunset/sunrises please. If you have pictures of sujects (people, places and things) bathed in sunlight, you might consider point them at: www.flickr.com/groups/sunkissedindia/

If you're not sure about the rules, then post the picture, if it doesn't meet the requirements I will delete it because I truly want to strive for QUALITY NOT QUANTITY. (Sorry, no hard feelings:)
