first off, I want to thank you for the great job you’re doing staying focused on executing our priorities. there’s obviously been a lot of talk about yahoo! in recent days and we won’t let it distract us from pursuing our transformation strategy.

as you know, the board is focused on maximizing the value of yahoo!’s tremendous assets for our shareholders. and it is going to take the time it needs to do it right.

we have a lot to be excited about and there’s more good news to come. we're actively working on videotizing our properties and leveraging their unique facets to distinguish our offerings in the mobile global marketplace.

but i wanted to take the time to share an upcoming big bet with you. as you know, yahoo! games is the most highly-trafficd online gaming destination. it beats the pants off anything facebook has (suck it, zuckerburg!) we would like to continue our utter domination of this space, and to do so, yahoo! will need to innovate a modern mmo platform. i've asked the flickr team to use their expertise in this area, and this is what they came up with:
