Yay Kimberly! I am especially interested in hearing about what starting a bakery, and going to culinary school, are like gluten-free.... I've been starting a new business myself, where I create weekly meal plans and send people a box with all the recipes and ingredients they need for a week, and the premium box is gluten-free because I went gluten-free a few months ago and I know how bad gluten often is even for "regular" people. I'm thinking about making the regular box gluten-free too, especially since it's so easy to get gluten-free alternatives here in the Bay Area.
Oh anyway, I have a blog for it:
http://fortydollargourmet.com
It got hacked last fall so it's a little sparse now, and some of the old recipes are still glutinous. But I'm going to be blogging more about gluten-free issues and recipes as time goes on, and there's some good stuff there about vitamins and things already.

Hello,
All the food on here looks so good. When I tell people I'm can't eat gluten they always say how hard it must be, but I think they would change their mind if they looked on here!
I have a gluten free blog, it is goodnessglutenfree.blogspot.com/
I hope you enjoy it!

I'm gfe ... gluten free easily at glutenfreeeasily.com. I lead a celiac/gluten intolerance support group and am on a mission to show everyone that gluten free is easy if you focus on real food, some mainstream processed foods, and just a few gluten-free specialty foods. The gfe approach is often healthier and almost always less expensive than traditional gluten-free diets. You'll find gluten-free recipes, plus many dairy-free, refined sugar-free, and soy-free recipes. There are also discussion posts. Join in!
