It's just ya know, biningus. May be used for anything and everything. More specifically related to things of a sexual nature.

Examples:
The GLOF has some pretty sweet biningi (plural).
You better put that biningus away before someone slaps a Meat Loaf sticker on it.
Damn, my biningus hurts!
