About Global Studies Conference

Members of the the Global Studies community meet at the Global Studies Conference, held annually in different locations around the world, each selected for its particular place in the dynamics of globalization.The inaugural Conference was held at the University of Illinois, Chicago in 2008 and in 2009, the Conference was held at Zayed University, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. In 2010, the Conference will be held at Pusan National University, Busan, South Korea.

Those unable to attend the Conference may opt for virtual participation, in which community members can submit a video and/or slide presentation with voice-over, or simply submit a paper for peer review and possible publication in the Journal.
