About Global Sociology Post 2 Award 2
Flickr is a wonderful place for friends from around the globe to share glimpses into where and how we live.
In Global Sociology we hope to share aspects of how each of our members live.
We have weekly topics to post to such as our homes, our places of worship, our schools, city halls, and so on. All members can submit ideas of new topics.
Most importantly, when posting photos please identify the general location of where it was take. For example, submit a photo of the building you live in, or your neighborhood and in the description add the name of the village, town or city and the province or state along with the name of your country. Many villages are distinctly different in different areas of the countries in which we live.
In this group we want to celebrate our diversity!
It is not necessary that comments be made in English. If a comment is posted in a language other than your own, there is a site www.freetranslation.com that you may used to translate between languages.
All the other standard guidelines exist. Please no nudity or profanity, the intention of this group is to share our lives with each other, to enrich our knowledge of how our friends live throughout the world. We don't want any of our members to feel embarrassed or ashamed because other members make rude or thoughtless comments. We want to make this a pleasant forum based on mutual respect and friendship!
