Remember: It's Scotland 'in the Gloaming' not 'in the Gloom' or in broad daylight! If you submit a shot that doesn't make it into the pool it's most likely because it was borderline or not really gloaming. Shots are accepted entirely at the admins' discretion to keep the pool on theme.

About Scotland in the Gloaming
Gloaming, or twilight, the time before sunrise and after sunset.
A repository of imagery of Scotland bathed in that particular light that comes just after sunset (or before sunrise) at dusk. Also images of the 'after glory' - the last sun rays on the hills or reflected in the sky and clouds opposite the setting sun.
Rules for submission to the group pool
Acceptable images should meet the following criteria:
• There should be a colourful atmosphere
• The sun should be below the horizon
(if not it should at least out of frame or low on the horizon and obscured with a lot of atmospheric haze)

Photos not meeting the criteria as deemed by the Admins will be removed so please familiarise yourself with what is relevant subject matter for this pool. This is not a sunsets/sunrise pool and we don't want to become one. Thanks very much :o)
