01 Aug 07 - I understand there is some overlap, but redundant and unnecessary as it may be, I've also created a second group specifically/only for photos taken within the Mt. St. Helens National Volcanic Monument... So if you have any photos taken within the boundaries of the monument such as hikes, camping, fishing, caving, please feel free to share them in that other group as well:

About Gifford Pinchot National Forest

This group is dedicated to showing the splendor and beauty of the Gifford Pinchot National Forest.

The forest is located in Southwest Washington State, covers 1.3 million acres, and also includes the 110,000 acre Mt. St. Helens National Monument.

If you\'ve been here before, you know how beautiful this area is. If you haven\'t been to the \'Giff\' before, you\'re really missing out and should check the US Forest Services website for the forest:
