About this project:

This group is all about building a complete, geotagged travelguide for germany.

Imagine you're going to visit a foreign country and you are planning your trip. What could be more helpful then a complete, geotagged pool of photos, showing the most interesting places and sites of this country as well as the exact location of those places on a map?

Sounds great? Here we go:

- Post nice pictures of places in germany that are relevant for visiting (e.g. bigger or famous cities, sites, monuments, nice places in nature, ...)

- Don't forget to give your pictures a title and/or description (name of the place, city, region etc.)

- Geotag your pictures (it's really easy! here is how: www.flickr.com/help/map/#201)

Done!

Later on, people will have the oportunity to browse a photo-map of germany!

The whole thing is a kind of experiment. It would be great if you'd spread the word and help to make this thing happen!
