04 May 07 - I've established geographile.blogspot.com/ to do the geography blogging I'd hoped to start a couple of years ago. Though I didn't start this flickr group with the intention of mining it for the blog, I do search for "geography" on flickr, so sometimes pictures from this group get blogged. I hope that's fine with everyone.

About GeographileGeographilia -- anything related to cultural or physical geography (and its subsciences: meteorology, geology, oceanography, etc.) and travelling in geographically/naturally *interesting* places. Though photos can contain people, try to focus on people as incidental to the physical geography, or intrinsically part of the cultural geography. Think "what would be cool in National Geographic?" (except there\'s no need to match photographic quality). |
