About Gene Hunters

This group is not related to the Life on Mars/Ashes to Ashes character. This group is dedicated to the Flickr member and Manchester character also known as Mikey. He is a popular member of the Manchester, UK group and a fixture at the city's Flickr meets.

Mikey travels widely around Greater Manchester taking photos for his stream. I've long expected to bump into him at some stage; imagine my excitement when last week he passed me on a Travel Master! I couldn't get my camera out in time to capture the moment but I'm sure some of you have been luckier.

This group is for both these surprise sightings and also photos/videos of him at meets.
