About garbage car
Garbage Cars, Trash Cars, Pack Rat Cars - cars filled with garbage. Common in college and beach towns but they can occur anywhere. These are cars completely filled to the brim with garbage.
Are they a homeless person's shopping cart upgrade? Is it a pack rat with only a car? Is it a pack rat with a house that has decided to use their car as an auxiliary storage unit? Is it a lonely handicapped person that isn't physically capable of cleaning up ... or taking it to the car wash?
Please do not add pictures of art cars. We want cars filled with garbage - pack rat style.
