About Galway and Mayo/ Gaillimh agus Maigh Eo
This is a group for anyone, local or traveller, to share their photos and experiences of the Irish counties Galway and Mayo. These rich and beautiful counties contain stunning coastlines, hauntingly beautiful islands and sublime landscapes, not to mention being rich with history; in short, they are a photographer's paradise.
Please only post photos that demonstrate a sense of "place" for Galway and Mayo-- no photos taken in your living room, or photos that only show a face with no context. As a general rule, it's safest to stick to photos taken outdoors or in buildings that are generally accessible to the public.
Photos that the admins judge not to fit into the group will be deleted without notice.
