About Kaizen
Kaizen is the concept of 'constant improvement'. This group has been created to provide a forum in which members can help each other to progress as photographers though honest, supportive and constructive feedback and discussion. If you seek more from flickr than an excess of well meaning, yet somewhat superficial comments on your work, then this group may be for you.
In placing comments within the context of this group, perhaps think about, and comment on, specifically what it is you may like or dislike about a photo. Perhaps you have some knowledge regarding composition, colour, contrast, exposure, and so on that you would care to share in making suggestions in your comments, or perhaps you would prefer to start a discussion thread. Whether you are a pro or a beginner, your thoughts are welcomed, though in expressing your criticisms, please do so in a constructive and respectful manner. In doing so, hopefully we can help each other to progress with our art.
In submitting your work, perhaps comment upon what you like about your piece, and perhaps identify any elements that you would appreciate feedback on. You will note that a submission limit of 1 photo per day has been applied to the group. This has been done in an effort to maintain Kaizen as a forum of substance, rather than a dumping ground. After commenting, it would be nice if you would paste the group code. Here it is:

Finally, please feel free to invite any friends that you feel may be interested in the aims and format of this group.
So pull up a chair, get comfy, and enjoy your stay.
Best wishes,
Halloosin8.
