About GeorgiaInfo Images
The purpose of this group is to solicit attractive images of the state of Georgia, primarily for the Image of the Day feature:
georgiainfo.galileo.usg.edu/imagedays/imageoftheday.htm
Some photos may be used on other parts of the site as well - adding images to GeorgiaInfo is our main goal for this year (and will continue in subseqeunt years).
What are we looking for? Pretty much anything that shows Georgia in a positive manner - many are nature shots, but they don't have to be. People, places, things - you know - nouns! :-)
Look through our previous Images of the Day to get an idea of the type photos we're looking for:

So, if you have a Georgia photograph you'd like to submit for consideration for GeorgiaInfo Image of the Day, please submit it to this group. We cannot promise we will use it, but we will carefully consider all submissions - and certainly appreciate them!
