About FLICKR WILD DIVERSITY Bugs - Blue Whales
This group is about all creatures wild & natural, and welcomes photographers of any level to become involved.
SHOT OF THE DAY -

Images to be obtained from the 'field' or even whilst diving underwater.
Images can collected in your garden but must contain natural behaviour and the subjects MUST be alive (No dead bug shots please).
You must be prepared to give and take good constructive criticism which we will encourage...
"Nice shot" is not an option on its own, we need to know WHY you think it's a good shot, or a shot that could be improved upon..
No Aquarium Shots what-so-ever please
No Zoo shots (too much credit already in other groups - Any moron can get a good shot of an institutionalised captive animal).
No Captive animals of any kind, birds, bugs, reptiles or fish
No Pets - Exotic or otherwise
No Domesticated animals (this includes humans)
No freakin flowers unless it has a bug in it as the majority subject.
We want to encourage people to go looking for stuff and get to know what shares their surroundings, at home on location vacation or commission.
No fake images made up from several shots
You must own the copyright on all images you post
Administrators reserve the right to remove unsuitable images for the reasons stated above. Please don't take offence, and check the "Not Quite Right" thread if your image/s appear 'missing'.
Encouraging the best from our members we will run a weekly ICON contest thread and regular 'themed' contest threads.
Winners will have the chance to describe themselves in a short bio, and the inspiration behind their winning images in as much detail as they want.
Winning images will enter the FWD "Hall of Fame" along with their bio.
