About Friends of Town Quay Park
Town Quay Park is situated in the Old Town area of Southampton surrounded by the city’s medieval vaults and walls. It lies opposite Town Quay between Lower High Street and Bugle Street.
The Friends of Town Quay Park (FTQP ) was formed in April 2010 in response to the potential threat of Southampton City Council selling the land for development. Alongside activities to save and improve the Park FTQP organises events that bring the local community together.
