This is the 4th Year of this meetup at the Mason Temple in Cheyenne, Wy.. From what I could tell everyone had a good time.

It is a three story old brick building built around the turn of the century 1900's

Shooting possibilities:
*Think of old wooden and brick architecture!
*Wonderful very open wooden intricate staircases.
*A full theater, with a balcony, and a stage that has over 15 pull down backgrounds.
*A memorial room, with wonderful stain-glass (we would want to shoot this during the day)
*Other meeting rooms, of different unique flavors
*an old basketball court, with a running track around the top of it.
*lots and lots of open space
*Interesting high-back chairs (thrones)
*Dressing rooms.
*Did I mention lots of space?

This place is big, so no one should feel crowded.

It is the corner of Capitol Ave, and West 19th.

If you goto maps.google.com and put in "1890 Capitol Ave, Cheyenne, WY" for the search you should see a picture of it in "street view" I don't know why the real address doesn't put you at the door step, but if you fake it with 1890 address, then you will see it.

NOTE: The shoot is free to both the model and the photographer.
The shoot is open to any photographer that wants to learn lighting, and any model that can put up with us. PLEASE post here if you are planning on coming, so we can keep a count.


Because we have had problems in the past with models getting pictures......IF YOU PLAN ON TAKING PICTURES, PLEASE PLAN ON GIVING IMAGES TO THE MODELS, THIS IS MANDATORY, I WILL BE PUTTING SOMETHING IN PLACE TO ENSURE THIS HAPPENS. IF YOU DIDN'T GET ANY GOOD PICTURES, THEN A CALL/EMAIL TO THE MODEL STATING THAT WILL WORK.

You may come and not take pictures and just learn as well, please fill free to come, you don't have to model nor shoot pictures, just have your learning hat on.
