About Front Runners

My partner - Gardner Pond - was one of the founding members of the first "Front Runners" (FR) club in San Francisco in 1974. Back then, it was called the "Lavender U Joggers." You can read all about the history of FR at:

We moved to the Palm Springs area and are both now members of the Palm Springs chapter:

FYI, the PS Chapter has more walkers than runners... .

I thought it might be interesting to share some photos. Please only post pictures of FR members and their running, walking, jogging and social activities. This is not a page for misc. off topic photos.

Each picture added to this group should have the "Front Runners" tag listed.

I need to create/find a logo for this group... Got any ideas?
