About Free Textures

Welcome!

This is a group collecting diffeerent textures from flickr members who decided to publish them under attribution licence. That means everyone can use & remix them freely both in commercial & noncommercial projects and only requirement is to attribute those artworks (which means NO OTHER RESTRICTIONS). Keeping them in one place will let different artist quickly find some very interesting textures than can be used in their own collages, 3d graphics etc.

Group's pool is strictly limited to flat, plain textures like this one:

That excludes all pictures with a wall behind a tree or taken from strange angle. This is not a group for getting views or collecting points from other members, it's going to be used only to help find that kind of images on flickr.

For your textures please add appropriate tags describing it like "bricks" or "stone" and also colour etc. It will help other members and guests find quickly what they require.
