About Free Art Seattle Exhibition

The purpose of this exhibition is to spread awareness that art does not have to be ridiculously expensive and it simply can just be for fun. It does not have to appeal to the masses or necessarily have to have a message.

Free art is a gift to the public and an opportunity to make someone's day.

This group is open to anyone who wants to join and is also open to submissions for this exhibition.

This exhibition was inspired from artwork left on the streets for the public to enjoy and take home.

The deadline for submissions is January 5th 2008 and is SET. Late submissions will be swallowed by the streets and immediately displayed on the streets. Word. Or I'll keep it......and sell it on ebay. HAHAHA. just joking.

There is a new size limit of each piece of art submitted: 4' x 4'
Max amount of work that will be displayed per artist: 3

just remember 3 pieces per artist and 4' x 4'

Apology to the artists whose work, I've received already prior to these changes.

At the end of the show, the art work will be free for anyone who would like to take a piece home. Any artwork left, will be distributed around Seattle, personally by me.

I feel that theres a strong art community here in Seattle, but I would like to create an opportunity for all artists to rise up and start a free art movement here in my own city.
