Let us see the small towns, the open places and the cities and their people, who live with the poisons and ruins of fracking or frac sand mining.

Today I found out that this is planned in South Africa, too.

About Fracking and Frac mining: The land, water and people

This group is about showing the photographs of the people, lands and water affected by fracking.

For example, a photograph of a person who lives where the aquifer is affected by local fracking.
Another example: Pictures of fracking operations, and photograph of active or proposed sites.
Also, pictures of the land and people where frac sand is mined. Again, pictures of landscapes where mines are active or proposed, including pictures of mining in action. And photos of the people who live nearby and have been or will be affected by fracking.

This is intended to be a place to document the effects, people and places where frac and frac sand mining are happening or proposed
