Note that isn't mentioned in the tutorial. I made some more just a few weeks ago and the Tulip soft paint mentioned ironing it with a steam iron. You hold the steaming iron about 2 inches over the painted image for about 10 seconds. That's all it says however. Well, I did it since it sounded like on the bottle that you needed to. It made the paint all puffed up. Which is fine, but I didn't realize that was going to happen!
