If you've cropped a section or detail of a found image to create new emphasis/composition, you should ALSO send it to CREATIVELY CROPPED FOUND IMAGES!

About Found Images: Everything but Snapshots

A place to send ephemera, signs, billboards, murals, packaging...any found image that isn't a snapshot. Found snapshots are great, but this is a place to see, together, all the other sorts of great found images on flickr.

Photographs can be sent if they come from catalogs, magazines, signs, other ephemera. Just not if they're stand-alone snapshots.

If you've cropped a section or detail of a found image to create new emphasis/composition, you should ALSO send it to CREATIVELY CROPPED FOUND IMAGES!, the group for found image DETAIL shots that result in weird/great new composition, emphasis, and narratives.
