Thank you all for your lovely submissions, I'm glad to see that there is continuing interest in this group, even if the boards are quiet. The number of inaccurate submissions has dropped hugely, and those that I have had to reject have been genuine accidents - plus I get the benefit of being notified any time anyone adds something new, which is nice.

Please post, and tell us all what it is you're developing and how; it's always nice to read reports on what everyone is doing!

About Fossilised Film

This is a group for those of us who like to shoot with "fossilised film". I mean by this, that we like to shoot not just with expired film, but with film which is no longer manufactured, that is to say, it is extinct. It is a diminishing resource by its very nature, so every frame is precious, every roll is .
This group is aimed at helping people to get the best images possible out of films that may be very hard to find information about, and to help people know what to expect when they shoot the various different emulsions.
Discussion is not limited solely to totally extinct emulsions, but also formats that are not available, e.g. Ilford films in 127 - they still manufacture Pan F, but not in 127 size.
