About Foggy San Francisco

Shots of fog or heavy mist in San Francisco. The fog can obscure and be very chilly and wet, but it also can be calming, and offer a degree of privacy. Depressing to some, it is refreshing to those intolorant of hot weather.

There are many days where the fog never lifts along Ocean Beach, though it may be sunny and 15 degrees warmer in other parts of the city. Visitors to the outer Sunset district don't realize just how cold and windy it can be at Ocean Beach.

This group is limited to photographs of fog in San Francisco. Please specify where pictures were taken in the city.
