Our Monthly Competition is here again!
This is the grand opening of our September competition!

So, fair ladies and gallant gentlemen, please step forward with your best shot.
Participate in our September competition NOW and show off your best work!
Please take note that there's a limit of 60 entries accepted.
Entry will not be accepted when the limit is reached regardless of the stated deadline.
So join fast before all the slots are taken up!
As in all our competition:
The top 3 winning pics will be display on our group page for all to admire.
Every qualifying entry will definitely get a Participation Award.
This is also a chance to get an addition award for your most deserving photo!

For those who wish/want or are being forced/lured to participate,
PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING RULES AND INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY!

Title of Competition: Beach Holiday!
Contest Theme: Any photo that show image of beach. Entry submitted MUST HAVE the beach in view, not just of the sea or water. Beach = sandy seashore, not rocky coastline. She sell seashells on the seashore! If your image is of items(s) on sand at sandy beach, the item(s) has/have to be relevant to beaches. Eg: A seashell on sand ~ Make sure that seashell is of marine original, not land snail shell.
If you are unsure of your pic acceptability, please message any of the contest team listed below this post.

COMPETITION RULES:
01: ONE entry per member.
02: Photo only. No video, illustration/drawing or CGI.
No nude, rude, indecent or gruesome pic. No racial, political or sicko statement either.
03: Photo must be your work, taken by you or copyright is own by you..
04: Pic must be relevant to the theme.
05: Limit numbers of entries: 60
06: Entry will not be accepted after the deadline or when the limit is reached, regardless of the stated deadline.
07: The admins or moderators reserve the rights to reject any inappropriate pic.
08: Pics that were submitted to all our previous competitions are not allowed.
Eg: If your pic has our Participation Award, it won't be allowed in our current contest.
Pics which were in our previous contest(s) can also be verify in previous contest thread(s).
09: Entry pic need not be in the group pool.
10: Any member may participate, except admins and moderators.
11: Post your entry in MEDIUM size only(If you don't know how, read the help column below).
12: Please number your entry in sequence to the pic above yours starting from #1.
13: You may edit your photos before the voting begins.
14: DO NOT edit your post once the voting started.
15: All member are encourage to vote and all participants of this contest MUST VOTE!
If any participant did not vote, his/her pic will be disqualify. The disqualified pic will not receive the Participation Award. Any participant whom did not vote for 3 times will be ban from participating in our future contests. Yes, we keep records of those who did not vote in order to be fair to those who play fair. So play fair, don't be petty, make sure you vote, PLEASE!!!
16: Any inquire/question should be directed to any of the contest team personnel listed.

DURATION OF THIS COMPETITION:
Participants can post their entry between 4th Aug ~ 10th Sept. 2009 (7 days).
Entry will not be accepted after the deadline or when it reaches the 60 pics limit.
Any entry posted after that will be deleted without notice.
Thread will be close after 10th Sept or when it reaches the 60 pics limit.
A voting notice will be post and thread reopen for voting.
Voting reminder will be send to all participants.
The voting duration is 5 days, starting on 11th Sept and ends on 15th Sept tentatively.
If we have reach the limit of entries earlier than the date stated above, we will start the voting earlier.
The 5 days voting period will still stand.
Once the voting has ended, the thread will be closed for counting of votes.
The winners will be announced shortly.
Thread will reopen for members to congratulate the winners.

VOTING RULES AND HOW TO VOTE:
This thread will be used as the voting thread, so please come back here to vote.
Voting will start when the admin posted a notice in the contest thread.
Voting reminder will be send to all participants.
Do not vote for your own pic!
You can only vote once(in one posting).
No multiple voting of a single pic.
Vote for any three pics of your choice in no particular sequence.

It is for the best interest of this group that every member vote if possible, in order that there will be adequate response and balance of equality in this competition.
SO PLEASE VOTE!

WINNING RESULTS AND AWARDS:
The Gold Winner will be the pic with the most votes.
The pic with the second highest amount of votes will be the Silver Winner.
Bronze Winner will be the pic with the third highest vote counts.
There will also be 6 Merit Awards to be given out.
In the occurrence of a draw for winners, the admins/moderators will make a final decision using our votes as tie-breaker.
If in the event that we do not have enough votes, then the admins will therefor be forced to come up with winners.
All qualifying entries will receive a Participation Award.

WHAT THE TOP 3 WINNERS WILL RECEIVE:
Beside the heartfelt thanks and sincere appreciation from us, the winners will get:
A minimum of 2 official competition awards in your pic.
Your pic will be posted on the group page for all to admire.
The winning pics will remain on the group page till the next round of contest's winning pics replaced them.
The previous winning pics will then be moved to a thread which is dedicated to honor all past contests' winners for their contributions/support and in recognition of their talent/skill.
PLUS!!! As a special bonus, the top 3 winners will also receive rewarding kisses from the all girls contest team!

Help on how to post medium size pic in comment box:
1: In your pic, click on 'All Size' ~ the icon with the magnifying glass.
2: Than click on the blue text, 'Medium' ~ the one with grey (400 x 500) texts.
3: When the medium size pic appear, there will be two text boxes below your pic.
The one you want will be the upper box(the bigger size one).
4: Select everything(HTML codes) in that bigger text box and copy.
5: Come back to this thread. In the comment box, number your pic by putting a '#' and a corresponding number to the entry above yours.
6: Than paste in what you copied from your pic(HTML codes) below your number.
7: Click 'Post Comment' and it's all done!
