(cliff notes version of etiquette)

- HAVE FUN
This group is primarily an interactive discussion group. We participate in the group via discussion threads.
We were inspired by the Photographing Children: Simon Says Group and decided to borrow the idea for our FMA2005 Moms Group. The Monkey See/Monkey Do concept means just that. Capture your kid doing something cute and watch as we try to mimic you. There are no prizes other than adorable photos.
Each theme gets its own discussion thread, and if you have an idea for an interesting theme, please start a new discussion. Any member may start a new discussion at any time, although please check to see if there is something similar already. Please be rather specific with your theme so that as the threads grow it is easy to find related pictures.
Group Etiquette: The idea is to encourage as many people to contribute so we get a wide range of input (and interpretations), so please space out your postings accordingly.
HOW IT WORKS:
If you are contributing to an already started topic thread, please post the small size version of your photo. If you're starting a new topic, please post the medium size version of your photo. After your photo, add keywords so your thread will be searchable (i.e., for the PETS thread, keywords would include "dog, cat, fish, etc."). See this thread for more info: flickr.com/groups/topic/67051/.
Please include any description or comments you feel will add to your photo’s story. You also may want to offer a ‘how to’ of a difficult shot or cool post production technique. You do not have to add comments to submit your photo to the discussion. If a discussion thread is very popular, and the page load-time gets too long, we'll close a thread and start a "Part 2" version of that topic.
How to add a photo into your post:
• Start on the photo page of the picture you want to include
• Click on “different sizes” (on the bottom right under “Additional Information”)
• Click on “small” at top of page (or "medium" if you're starting a new thread)
• Scroll down to choice #2 “Copy and paste this HTML into your webpage:"
• Copy all of the information in the box
• Paste in your post.
