CRITERIA
Sensual and intimate flowers, or parts of flowers -- including stamens, pistils, petals and buds. Macro, single or multiple flowers shots, as well as bokeh images, can be sensual and/or erotic. Dried seed pods, dandelions, leaves or photos with insects are not usually sensual and are not accepted unless there is an exceptional reason.
High quality photos are essential. Sensuality is a subjective concept and the admin team retain the right to vote and decide on the eligibility of photos for the group.
INVITE
The FLORALESSENCE group has no submission queue. Admins invite all photos themselves or through Members' suggestions.
There is a thread in the discussion. Members can get an invite for their own photo by posting in the
INVITATION (post here to get an invite)
discussion and an Admin will invite the photo and delete the invited photo from the discussion.
Only one photo at any one time.
Post the photo you wish to invite in the comments below. To do this you can:
• click on the "Share This" button
• click on the "Grab HTML code" from the pull-down menu,
• copy the medium sized photo code
Photos without an invitation will be deleted after 7 days in the thread.
RULES
For each image posted, add a FloralEssence tag and comment immediately three pictures in the pool. When commenting and awarding use the comment code above.
CONTEST
Contests will be run on a regular basis. Entrants may post a photo that is not in the group pool, which they believe fits the contest guidelines. However, FloralEssence admin reserve the right to
refuse and/or delete any photo they believe does not relate to the contest topic, or the group criteria.
All members who place a photo in a contest must vote in the same contest.
