About ~*Flickr Pics That *WoW* Us*~
~*This group is for those pictures of just about anything that has that *WoW* factor- it can come from a great subject, eye-catching treatment, or a new way of looking at something we pass by every day. It's for those pictures that strike us the moment we see them, that we can't seem to quit admiring, or wish we had taken! We're not looking for snapshots; Pictures that you just don't see or take every day is what we're looking for here- the best Flickr has to offer!
~*Amatuers and professionals are welcome equally- none of us have reached perfection yet, and we can all learn and be inspired by the work of others!
~*Comments/critiques are encouraged, but please be tender with your words- remember that for photographers, each picture is like our own child and few of us accept criticism of our children very well.
~*Of course, there should be no inappropriate materials included within this group- no nudity, no foul language, etc. Also, for the safety of our human subjects, do not include full names of any person that is included in your photograph in it's name or description. First names are OK, but let's please not give those who have less than honorable intentions anything to work with.
~*Members can post up to 3 photos per day- no invite needed, but keep the group's focus in mind when submitting! And no rules on commenting, just remember that comments are great and help others improve their craft so comment liberally!
