About Flickr Over 50

Post images that you find personally rewarding! Photos that you have taken that reflect who you are at this stage of life are primary in importance. If you are over 50, you are way above the demographic of flickr members, and our images may be very unique to this whole photo sharing and community experience of flickr. Look for special theme topics and challenges in our discussion groups. Conversation will be wonderful here! We have 3 guidelines that will make our group pool memorable and of good quality:

1. Post no more than 3 images in a row. Give a chance for other members to post theirs for the goal of variety in our group.

2. You must admit to being 50 years old or older! Ha ha, perhaps this will exclude some folks from joining, but we rather think that older years are liberating and our voices count as special imagery unfolds.

3. Each photo must have a title and a description. We are not interested in images that are just thrown into a pool for the heck of it. Find your voice as a mature adult making sense of your world.
