@Shadow Hunter: Thanks for the kind words, glad to hear you're enjoying the integration :)
@famar: I wanted to ask you a couple of questions if you don't mind... what version of Flock are you currently on? Are you using a French version of Flock perhaps?
If you would like to email me directly at jen at flock dot com with some more information hopefully we can figure this out together!
Thanks so much,

Yes, flock is my browser of choice. Excellent integration with not only Flickr but YouTube, Facebook, del.icio.us, LiveJournal, Gmail, Twitter, and lots more.
The Flickr Flock group at www.flickr.com/groups/socialbrowser/ seems to be rather dead. Perhaps interested members of this group could revive it?

@famar: Thanks for letting me know. I see you're in Italy? So what version of Flickr are you on? Please do email me back at jen at flock dot com, so I can help clear this issue up for you.
Thanks again, Jen Anderberg

its ok except it's flockin' slow!
IE is fastest followed by firefox which is a bit slower.

@ libidomanus: Thanks for the feedback. FYI, Firefox 3 is coming out soon and since we're built on their code, this will allow for drastic memory improvements in both browsers.
Yes, Flock could be perceived as slightly heavier than IE, but that's because it is doing so much for you as a browser (i.e.: feeds, integration with social services, media, etc)
Browsers are large applications in general, and memory usage like this is not out of the ordinary. You also have to keep in mind that any sort of extensions or add-ons also suck up your memory.
Thanks! Jen Anderberg

@amooseinbrighton: Flock has all the features Firefox does, so you don't have to use it *just* for Flickr...you can use it for all you web browsing needs.

yup as Evan mentioned GM scripts work :) I'm posting this with Flock with GM enabled.

@mela.custodining: Sorry to hear about the slowdown. Our Community Support Lead, Jen Anderberg (jen at flock dot com), *may* be able to help you with that. Regardless, we'll be moving to the Firefox3 engine later this year, which is much faster than the Firefox2 engine we're running on now.

thanks, I can still live with the slowness so it isn't a big problem/issue. its quite stable, and is less finicky with some websites (as compared with Safari).
Goodluck on the engine update. Hope to test out the release as soon as it becomes available.

just started out using the Flock beta (w/ Firefox 3 engine) last night on my G4 and man... it is definitely fast. i haven't crashed it yet so its a good thing :)
i might say totally goodbye to Safari soon (Safari has this weird behavior when browsing the big auction site).
hope to see the final candidate for Flock pushed out soon!

we had a young man stay with us here in Belize awhile back who turned me on to Flock.
i will have to research his name (lot of beers thru the liver since then), but he said he worked on your flock development team.
i am still using and loving flock!
