This is an open group. Everyone here has ADMIN status.
Please review the Members List often, and promote new members
by clicking on the Manage Members link.
If you've just joined us, please be patient until someone promotes you.

Review the member list often,
as a member you must promote new members.
You do this as follows (directions):
A. From the main page, click the Administration link (right side)
B. Click on "Members" link
C. Click the "Promote" button listed next to any "insomniacs" that are shown.

Anyone can post. There is no minimum/maximum to the number of photos a user can post.
