guys heto po ang mga ibang major stuff na kakailanganin natin dyan......
- program sa opening - dahil po sa ito ang kauna-unahang exhibit natin, gusto natin na maganda ang opening nitong exhibit. siyempre may ribbon-cutting, speeches, pica-pica na snacks at toast/kampai ng wine. we shall be inviting some press people to cover the event. kung may tv exposure yung event ay may ok. kung may ka-close kayo na celebrity we can invite them to grace our opening. i will surely invite daphne to cut the ribbon (with somebody pa sana....Eddie Gil kaya? hehehe) kung pupuwede siya.
so kakailanganin din natin dyan ang detalye para sa snacks (utensils, yung food mismo at pagserve), sound system, emcee/host (si angge nasa isip ko na host eh) at iba pa.
- boards na pagkakabitan ng photos - i am designating diegong tabak na maging in-charge nito (inilagay ko na talaga sa thread para hindi na siya makatanggi, hahaha).
- invitation, posters, bannersgusto natin maging maganda at mahusay ang pag-imbita natin sa mga important persons na dadalo so kailangan natin ng presentable na invitation. siyempre astig na layout tulad ng indio. so kailangan ng gagawa ng mga yan. kung hindi busy si dirthman (sana po hindi), siya na ang bahala sana sa designs ng mga to. kung hindi man, somebody can lend a hand sa pagdesign ng mga ito.
lastly, gusto ko pong ipaalam na sa dami ng projects natin, hindi po kaya ng ninuno at ng group natin ma-shoulder ang mga cost ng mga ito. so if you could volunteer na sagutin ang isang banner, snacks kaya, o monetary man ang gusto ninyong maitulong, paki-sabihan po ang kahit na sino sa mga Ninuno natin. Ganun din po ang panawagan namin sa mga kasamang Indio na nasa abroad.
paki-tutukan po itong thread para sa mga updates at needs natin sa exhibit ha.
kung makakapunta po kayo sa mamam mamaya, madi-discuss po natin yung ibang detalye dun. so masarap na usapan ito sa mamam later.
salamat po ng marami.
super excited ako....as in, hehehe.

Jo, I suggest mag layout na ng "poster" natin yung parang sa Flickr888, which we can download and post sa aming thread and blogs, at puwede naming i-attach sa email para sa invitation. That would help a lot in the dissemination ng exhibit.
Definitely for me, I will blog about it. So yung may mga blog, let us blog about it para as early as now, ma-disseminate na ang info. masyadong maikli ang time for the campaign. Pero mas maganda sana kung may "poster" na tayo.
Jo, wala ako sa mga panahon na ito, but let me know kung anong maitutulong ko between between now and December 7, and from December 12-14, kung kailangan ng manpower (like maglagay man lang ng photos sa mga frames and other preps needed)

we will be selling our calendar sa mismong exhibit dates and venue. a part of the proceed will go to our Outreach Program (yung mabebenta sa venue). thanks bro.
sige Ding magpapagawa agad tayo ng poster na puwedeng ma-email at mailagay sa blogs. we will also be inviting press people...from tri media if possible. Tinz is already calling some of her contacts na press. bullish will also do the same. so kung may kakilala pa yung iba, you can do so. kapag confirmed na pupunta, pakisabihan na lang po ang Ninuno about it.
 siguradong may mga write up para sa exhibit. sabihan kita Leon kung may kailangan nang i-proof read ha.

  since unang banat ito ng indios, at nagpapakilala, puwede ding yung tagline natin na:
Shoot from the gut. (a reflection of the photos on exhibit)
Capture and share. (di ba may outreach na tayo--we have shared)
Have fun along the way. (and we are having fun with the exhibit)
or something that is close to the tagline natin. Yung mga nasa advertising dito could help....bahala na si Batman!

update:
- pumunta si sir buboy (diegong tabak) sa pagawaan ng frames. i already saw the samples of the frame. 11" x 14" and size ng photo at may 1 inch white matting with black, thick frames.
- nakausap na din ni sir buboy yung gagawa ng boards natin (pagsasabitan ng photos), so ok na yun. we just need to give the money for the materials para magawa na agad (kahit end of the month or first week of december puwede pa). si buboy din ang nagcompute/canvass ng costing niyan.
maraming maraming salamat diegong tabak....maaasahan ka talaga!!

makakapunta si SCREAMING MANGO sa ating Christmas Party at sa ating Photo Exhibit!!! yeheeeeeeeeeeeeey!!
sa mga hindi po nakakaalam, manga (yun tawag namin sa kanya) occupies the number 1 slot pagdating sa membership dito sa grupo. siya po kasi ang napakasipag na bumuo nitong grupo natin sa Flickr.
sa kanya ang mga linya na,
"grab whatever camera you have and just shoot from the gut."
"let the photos speak for the eye behind the camera."
si mangga din nakaisip kung bakit Flickristasindios ang name ng grupo natin.....kaya siya din ang may sala kung bakit kulang ng i yung url natin sa flickr, hehehe (di niyo siguro napansin.....kulang ng i yung flickristasindios sa url, hehehe)
