. WHAT WE PROMOTE: We support global Nature-conservative and sustainable living positive eco-photo art, plus we help members to gain skills in online and face-to-face VOLUNTEER SERVICE.
The "Eco-House" [above left, by mtnwa], is in Stockholm, Sweden. It uses solar panels, and has gray-water recycling, plus numerous further sustainable designs. The eco-community [pictured above right -- by telex4] is: BedZED -- UK's largest eco-village, whose aim is to reduce ecological and carbon footprints to a sustainable, "one planet" level. Their plan? -- "reducing energy use, providing renewable energy, minimising the embodied energy of the buildings, reducing fossil fuel miles and also tackling food, waste, water usage and flooding" .
