Finsbury park to Vietnam.

Did you know that the great war photographer Don McCullin is a local boy?. As a child and young man, he lived in Fonthill Road. Finsbury park. He describes the area very well, in his autobiography, "Unreasonable behaviour". Its a good read. His first published photograph, is of a group of his friends standing in a derelict house behind Fonthill road.

Blimey!... I wrote that over two months ago, and nobody saw it 'til yesterday!... You are an observant lot. :-) If either of you should happen across a copy of the book, I can thoroughly recommend it.
