About Finest of... Lac Léman
L'idée de ce groupe et son objectif sont de célébrer la beauté du Lac Léman grâce à de superbes photos, chacune selectionnée pour sa qualité unique et sa capacité à émouvoir, à faire découvrir de splendides paysages, d'un bout à l'autre du lac.
Tout le monde peut rejoindre le groupe et y poster ses photos, en respectant trois règles essentielles :
- Proposer des photos que vous considérez uniques pour leur beauté mais aussi pour leur qualité (lumière, composition, cadrage, etc.) ou originalité. Les photos ne répondant pas à un certain standard seront refusées. Dans ce groupe, la qualité prime sur la quantité. Toutes les photos sont modérées avant d'être acceptées.
- Proposer des photos qui parlent du lac Léman, et qui soient bien caractéristiques : que la photo ait été prise sur le lac ou autour ne suffit pas. Les macros, portraits de cygnes ou autres seront généralement refusés.
- Le lac doit être présent sur la photo, même si la photo a été prise dans les alentours.

The Geneva lake is one of the most unique place in Northern Alps and offers among the finest landscapes of Switzerland and France.
This group has been created to celebrate the beauty of this wonderful lake through very unique captions that will be selected upon their capacity to surprise, to amaze, to give the viewer the chance to feel the uniqueness of the place.
Anyone can join and post respecting 3 essential rules :
- You may only submit what you consider to be a very good picture ; the quality of the picture has to match the beauty and the charm of the lake. Submissions will go into a queue for review first. Nothing personal if your pic is rejected.
- The main subject should be the lake. Please don't submit a picture just because it has been captured there ; it has to be characteristic, celebrating the uniqueness of the Geneva Lake, nothing else. Details, macros or close-ups will generally be rejected.
- The lake has to be present on the picture, even if it was shot in the surroundings.
